What is COSTARS?

High Mountain Hardware, Inc. is proud to be an awarded supplier through Pennsylvania’s COSTARS Cooperative Purchasing Program under Contract #008-E25-1528 (COSTARS-8: Maintenance, Repair & Operation Equipment & Supplies).

The COSTARS program is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. It allows eligible local governments, school districts, universities, authorities, and nonprofit organizations to purchase products and services through pre-qualified, pre-bid contracts — without the time, cost, or paperwork of running their own formal bidding process.
